1. All Cartel's Brew products will be shipped out via express post.

2 . 'Freshest Coffee in Australia Guarantee' Promise: Every order of Cartel's Brew beans will be shipped out within 7-days of roasting or we will send you a fresh bag and fully refund you for you initial purchase. 

3. Tracking information will be provided to all interstate orders so it is the customers responsibility to follow movements of their orders.
